CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY: Wiltgen Construction Company of LeMars, Iowa is the contractor for this18,000-square-foot expansion that connects two existing buildings with the addition of a kitchen, commons area, three classrooms and a weight/exercise room for student and community use. The new addition is enclosed and currently floors are being poured inside. The exterior work has been shut down for the winter but they were able to get most of the North parking lot poured before the weather turned bad. Getting the parking lot poured this fall will help the contractor a lot next spring. The contractor is about 2-3 weeks behind but is confident he will catch up over the winter.
