BRIAR CLIFF UNIVERSITY STARK STUDENT CENTER   Sioux City, Iowa A long, narrow site on Briar Cliff’s compact, hilltop campus inspired an historic Italian “hill town” design for this new 45,000 square foot student center. FEH Associates designed the facility with a series of connected elements that house campus food service with a two-tiered dining room with fireplace, a presidential dining room, a subdivided multipurpose meeting space and a performance area. Other features include an art gallery, game room, campus bookstore, campus post office and e-mail facilities. The facility is wired for computer access throughout the building and connects to a residential hall.
