CENTRAL COLLEGE GRAHAM HALL   Pella, Iowa A bright facelift turned this 57,000 square foot, 156-bed women’s dormitory into the most popular residence hall on Central College’s campus. Extensive remodeling includes an attractive new entrance that reflects the college and community’s Dutch heritage. Other improvements involved upgrading the HVAC and fire protection systems and addressing ADA accessibility compliance. The attached dining facility was converted to a multi-use facility and conference center for student and community functions.
