DRAKE UNIVERSITY STUDENT HOUSING SUITES

UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Building completion is anticipated this spring for two of the three buildings with the third building completion slated for early summer for this on-campus student apartment-style housing complex. FEH teamed with Hubbell Realty and Weitz Construction for this $34 million project constructed under a negotiated contract.
