Interior remodel/renovation on two floors, main level and lower level, creates a much more exciting and welcoming environment for students to study, interact and host events. The main level commons are centrally located and act as a study area and gathering place for students. The furniture layout creates multiple seating zones which allows for interaction between students or quiet independent studying. The space includes a fireplace, large screen TV and lounge seating. The lower level commons, also known as "Bud's Place" to students and faculty, is designed to have a stylish "lounge" atmosphere where students can enjoy participating in louder interactive activities. includes ping pong and pool tables, bar height seating and tables, lounge seating, multiple TVs, dry erase wall for writing or projecting on to, a platform stage for small performances and a vending area.
