IOWA BANK   Red Oak, Iowa Red Oak’s strong historical relationship with the railroads provided FEH Associates with the design theme for this Iowa Bank branch facility. Reminiscent of a railroad depot, the exterior of the 3,517 square foot building features a steep gabled roof and three drive-thru banking bays with and additional 24-hour ATM station. An entrance vestibule is accented by elevated window which provides warm day lighting to a large teller area. The branch facility includes executive offices with floor to ceiling tempered glass panels offering both privacy and sight lines to banking activity.
