LIBRARY PROJECTS
MARSHALLTOWN PUBLIC LIBRARY
 
Marshalltown, Iowa
Construction is progressing on the new 35,000-square-foot Marshalltown Public Library and LEED Certification submittal process has begun for what is anticipated to be the first LEED rated public library in the state of Iowa. The building’s structural frame should begin to be erected in December with a mid-September 2008 completion date anticipated. The project is pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
