MAYFAIR CENTER   Sioux City, Iowa When Klinger Properties of Sioux City sought to convert the Mayfair Mall, a former specialty retail center, into flexible professional office space, it called upon FEH Associates for assistance. FEH designed a new skin on the building exterior to provide a more corporate image. Interior design converted two levels of retail space into adaptable office suites from 750 to 12,000 square feet while maintaining an attractive, skylighted public walkway through the building.
