FEH designed Pioneer Bank’s newest Sioux City branch in the heart of a busy retail area that includes two shopping malls. Opened in June 2005, the new bank provides customers with full-service banking including business banking, mortgage and consumer loans, retail banking, retirement accounts, safe deposit boxes, insurance and investments. There are also three drive-up lanes and a drive-up ATM for quick and convenient account transactions. The bank’s most unique feature is an 80-seat theater in the lower level that is available for the community and business organizations to use. The theater is completely wired with all the necessary technology to perform well for meetings and special presentations.
