This project of approximately 100,000 square feet of new space and 55,000 square feet of remodeled space allows the district to restructure to K- 5 with all-day kindergarten, 6-8 middle school and 9-12 high school. The addition connects the existing junior high (future middle school) with the adjacent high school building. The project adds 30 classrooms, computer labs, a library media/center, a music and art complex, a new physical education/practice gym with space to accommodate three basketball courts, locker rooms, expanded locker space and new administrative space. FEH has enjoyed a professional relationship with the South Sioux City Community School District for more than 30 years.
