THIRD REFORMED CHURCH PHASE I   Pella, Iowa Starting from a master plan created by FEH, first phase construction included a 900-seat worship center with 300 overflow seats in an adjacent narthex space, a 1500-squarefoot nursery, 2,000 square feet for administrative office use and a 20,000-square-foot lower level dedicated entirely to youth and education. FEH assisted in a Phase II 78,000 square foot addition. Phase III plans include a Youth Center with multi-use gymnasium space.
